Team Coach

Being a part of the dental field for the last 35 years, Diane brings a wealth of experience to her position as office manager. She earned her dental assisting degree in 1988 and since has worked as dental assistant, front office, scheduling coordinator and manager. Leading teams to success and building strong patient relationships is her passion. Working side by side with her daughter, Dr. Massa, is a dream come true. When not at work, Diane and her husband of 20 years, Bill, very much enjoy family time with their 7 grandchildren, cooking, shopping and traveling. Yes, football of course and caring for her two doggies, Roxy and Chika!

Patient Coordinator

We’re still not really sure what inspired Andi to apply with us, but we’re glad she did! Andi has a master’s degree in Secondary Education, she (kinda) plays the trombone, likes to bake but lives the keto life, and she spent a few years dinking around the digital marketing world before joining our Total Wellness team. Now she’s the friendly face you’ll see most often at the front desk or the voice you’ll hear on the phone when you call to schedule your appointment. A native Kansan, she’s enjoying Ohio life and is getting used to people shouting O-H at random times and places. She’s even getting better at responding with the appropriate I-O with gusto! She and her husband enjoy visiting their daughters in Maryland and Kansas, and they are actively recruiting said daughters to join them in lovely Ohio. It’s a long shot, but she will keep working on them.

Katie enjoys comforting and educating patients by ensuring they understand their dental procedures and helping them to feel confident about their smile.

She holds and maintains her certification with the Dental Assisting National Board and has been working chairside as a dental assistant and in the dental profession since 2003.

Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Bobby and their five children. She also enjoys traveling, working out, gardening and is very enthusiastic about her indoor plant collection. Ask Katie about her plants the next time you visit!

Hello! My name is Tatiana. I am one of the dental assistants here. Born in Puerto Rico, raised in Ohio. I am married to my best friend and we have 2 beautiful daughters and 2 fur babies (cats). Some of my hobbies include reading any fantasy or murder mystery book, checking out a new restaurant with the family, and doing anything outdoors.

I really love my job and what I do. My ultimate goal is for patients to leave with a smile on their face and to have had a wonderful dental experience.

I was born in Colombia and began my dental hygiene journey after graduating in Texas in 2004. Since 2019, I’ve been proud to serve patients in Ohio, where I continue to practice with the same passion that first drew me to this profession.

What I love most about dental hygiene is that it combines two things I deeply value in life: education and health. I believe informed patients are empowered patients, and I enjoy taking the time to explain, educate, and help people feel confident about their oral health.

I am married and the proud mom of two grown boys and my furry girls. When I’m not in the dental office or attending soccer tournaments, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and making the most of family time.

Hi! I’m Brandi. Columbus, Ohio born and raised… a Buckeye through and through. I have recently become an empty nester. My Husband and I enjoy exploring the city, experiencing new foods, activities and taking our 3 fur babies with us when we can.

I have been working in the dental field for over 20 years, I have loved and am still loving every moment of it. I enjoy offering a pleasant dental experience, getting to know patients, and their families.
