Being a part of the dental field for the last 35 years, Diane brings a wealth of experience to her position as office manager. She earned her dental assisting degree in 1988 and since has worked as dental assistant, front office, scheduling coordinator and manager. Leading teams to success and building strong patient relationships is her passion. Working side by side with her daughter, Dr. Massa, is a dream come true. When not at work, Diane and her husband of 20 years, Bill, very much enjoy family time with their 11 grandchildren, cooking, shopping and traveling. Yes, football of course and caring for her doggy, Roxy!

We’re still not really sure what inspired Andi to apply with us, but we’re glad she did! Andi has a master’s degree in Secondary Education, she (kinda) plays the trombone, likes to bake but lives the keto life, and she spent a few years dinking around the digital marketing world before joining our Total Wellness team. Now she’s the friendly face you’ll see most often at the front desk or the voice you’ll hear on the phone when you call to schedule your appointment. A native Kansan, she’s enjoying Ohio life and is getting used to people shouting O-H at random times and places. She’s even getting better at responding with the appropriate I-O with gusto! She and her husband enjoy visiting their daughters in Maryland and Kansas, and they are actively recruiting said daughters to join them in lovely Ohio. It’s a long shot, but she will keep working on them.

Originally from the Philippines, Jenny Ann brings her warm, bubbly personality and passion for hospitality to Total Wellness Dental Studio. She loves meeting new people, making patients feel welcome, and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk in. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her loving husband, and being a proud cat mom to her two fur babies!

Hi, I’m Reagan! I graduated from The Ohio State University’s Dental Hygiene program and truly enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their dental visits. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming environment, building relationships with my patients, and helping them feel confident in their oral health. When I’m not at work, I enjoy working out, practicing yoga, spending time with family and friends, and trying new restaurants. I’m looking forward to getting to know my patients and making each visit a positive experience!

Hello! My name is Tatiana. I am one of the dental assistants here. Born in Puerto Rico, raised in Ohio. I am married to my best friend and we have 2 beautiful daughters and 3 fur babies (2 cats and a dog). Some of my hobbies include reading any fantasy or murder mystery book, checking out a new restaurant with the family, and doing anything outdoors.
I really love my job and what I do. My ultimate goal is for patients to leave with a smile on their face and to have had a wonderful dental experience.

I have a passion for implementing art in a way that improves and maintains the quality of patients’ overall health, and produces the ability for a patient to feel confident in their smile. A little change can make a big difference!
In my free time you can find me studying meticulously, as I am an undergrad student at OSU in pursuit of attending dental school.
Outside of the office, I love to indulge in the arts. Live music, singing and painting are a few of my favorites! Ask me about what I’m currently painting!
